Is it legal for your employer to go through your personal belongings? And take your stuff home? I had my signed contract with the company in my desk and was told they got it out and took it home? When I asked for it back they said for me to get a lawyer
I am a ins agent and was being hurrassed every month so I decided to leave the company . They refuse to pay me and have taken my contract that was in my desk out of it and taken it home. They stated this to me in a recorded conversation
