Is it legal for a company to make you put your SCA pay in a 401k instead of giving it to you on your bi-weekly check
Is it legal for a company to make you put your SCA pay into a 401K if you don't take out their insurance. They won't allow SCA pay to go on my bi-weekly check. But the new employees have that option.
