Is it legal for a company to give you an ultimatum to relocate or take a severance after returning f

I left for FMLA on April 30,2019, my first day back in the office was July 24, 2019. Upon my return I was told that the corporate office was moving to Plano, Texas (we are currently located in south Florida) They offered everyone the option to move to Texas or to take a severance package. I’m opting not to go which will leave me unemployed and forced to sign a release and separation agreement releasing any claim that I may have against the company and its representatives and a six month agreement to not render any services for competitive companies.
