Is it discrimination to schedule you for hours outside of your availability in retaliation?

I have been working two jobs for about 3 years. I recently was offered a full time position at my formerly part time job. I accepted the offer. I informed the manager at my other job that i would like to continue as a part time employee. He agreed and i told him what my availability would be. I gave them two weeks before the transition. The first week of this change I was scheduled at the part time job for hours that I would be working at my full time job. I spoke to the manager and he told me he would take care of it. He never did and I did not go in for the conflicting hours. Next week I am again scheduled for hours that conflict with my full time job.
