Is being moved to another location before HR meeting part of retaliation?

I had told my manager I was going to tell hR about a situation that my manager and assistant manager was causing. I had a car accident last month and the emails she was sending were demoralizing and overbearing to the point I did not want to talk to her at all. She got mad and gave a piece paper stating I need to sign it that I acknowledge talking about ( at my desk which is in the lobby where everyone can come in and out) me not replying to her two emails. I talked to HR that day and they told me they would have a meeting sometime next week. Instead it ends up being two days ( no notification about it) and I had left all my papers at home. I feel like I got railroaded into the situation to begin with and even now feel they should have notifying me ahead of time. The day I had my surprise meeting with HR I got moved from headquarters to a slower lobby. She told me “its cross training for two girls” in our company. I don’t know how to feel about this. My manager keeps telling me I’ll be moved back once cross-training is over, I told HR in the meeting I would like to relocate. The other employees are saying she’s punishing me for talking to HR about how she was behaving towards me. What should I do?
