Is an employer who requires military experience discriminating against disabled persons who are not eligible to joint the military?

I have a disability which prohibits me from serving in the US armed forces. I am applying to jobs that require military service or training only available to service members.
Are these employers violating the ADA or other statutes or regulations that protect persons with disabilities? What avenues of recourse are available to me?
