Is a no compete agreement enforceable if You only worked for 8 months with the company ?
worked for a company for 8 months and signed a no compete. Cannot find a job because I only have experience in this field, I'm a single mother. I asked the company to release it and they said no, also because it's only valid for direct competitors.
