Is a Non Compete enforceable if the specific service I provided is now outsourced by the company?
I am a professional engineer and the company downsized me and the only other PE. Can I seal plans in my specialty if I limit my practice to sealed plans and avoid producing unsealed shop drawings which is all they can now produce? They are rumored to be forming agreements with PE firms to provide sealed plans where needed. NC/NDA/NSolicit specifies Ohio law but I am based in and worked out of Indiana as a corporate employee at a company facility here. Is an Ohio corp.
