I'm being accused of sexual harassment if i resign can they still come after me
I'm a Supervisor for the New Mexico Department of Transportation and I was placed on Administrative leave pending investigation of sexual harassment against me and I offered to resign and they said the New Mexico Office of Inspector General would still after me
