This is a defamation of character, and what can I do?
This incident took place in August 1, another worker who's known for starting rumors, lying, and starting trouble with others in the office. She told another worker that while I was on my lunch break I took pictures of her and her family from a second floor window. (That never happened). This worker went to file a false police report when she knew it was false, and apparently did not care.
I'm an employee that comes to work, and do my job. Never caused any problems.
Nothing was done to either employees. What do I do?
