I'm a salesman in texas and am paid a salary is it legal for my employer to take money out of my paycheck if a customer bounces a check for product that I sold him?
Sold products to a business who bounced a check my employer said if I don't collect the amount of the bounced check he will take it out of my check I am salaried not commussion
