Im a full time employee we start accruing vaction time with our first 6 months ive been there for 9 but during my 8th month i got injured on the job with temporary disability leave she said if i wasnt out for those 2 weeks my time would have accrued dont
I have earned my vacation time well over 6 mnths ive been there..and the policy is to be fulltime i am and had worked 30 or over every week I have I never worked less then 30 hrs a week since my hire date i been here 9 mnths...so because I had got injured on my job with workers comp my hours would have accrued during that time but now i have to start my 6 months all over and i got hurt on there time..not my time nor my fault please help need legal info
