I injured myself in Kuwait overseas on the job, had knee surgery. I'm still recovering and in the process getting the Data Base Act AIG insurance worker's comp. I was told by my jobs HR department that my position had to be filled which I understand, I was also told that once medically cleared that I would not have a job. I would think if I have hurt myself on the job and once released I would be able to come back to my job. Now in a few weeks I will be unemployed.
