If you get paid a recoverable draw can you legally be docked for days you missed over your allotted days?

I’ve been working as an outside sales representative for a privately owned company for over 14 years. I get 20 days off, but I’m only paid with a recoverable draw. If I go over that 20 days can they legally dock my pay? Essentially I’m 100% commissions.
