If someone is on their 2nd go round of FMLA and it is about to end at the end of the month. They took FMLA every week for a year and only worked the 8 hours that was mandated of them. And they leave the job for another job while still under FMLA and used
This is a friend of mine she does not have to internet. She was on FMLA for the 2nd time in 2 years for passing out and migraines and other stuff as well. She took FMLA days off to go to the interviews. She left before her leave was up by job abandonment. She never called in or showed back up. What could the company do to her that she left?
