If my position is eliminated and they offer me a another position (that’s a step down from my current position) do I have to take it? And if I don’t can I collect unemployment if I Choi’s to part ways?
My current position is Supervisor they are eliminating it and offering me a regular FullTime position at a reduced wage. I don’t want the demotion So I would rather part ways and collect unemployment
