If my employer lays me off and then I start collecting he calls in and says I got discharged to unemployment for willful misconduct stated that I search threatening text to the superintendent and I wouldn't stay on my piece of heavy equipment unemployment

I was laid off I was collecting my first claim ran out I started a new claim and I get a letter from unemployment investigating that I was fired from a job for willful misconduct the owner of the company stated to unemployment that I was sending threatening text messages to the superintendent and I wouldn't stay on my piece of heavy equipment so I had to fill out a statement and I was contacted by and unemployment investigator so I gave a statement and text messages that I stated to the owner of the company to try to work this out with the superintendent not harassing me and the owner of the company was supposed to have proof of my wrong-doings and threatening text messages and provided none so it was ruled in my favor there is no proof showing I was sending threatening text messages or I would not stay in my piece of heavy equipment
