If an employee has vacation & personal time available can they still collect?
If an employer takes a few days off & an employee has a very fair amount of vacation & personal time available, do they have to take those days before being able to claim benefits? I have been unable to get through to unemployment for weeks to get an answer!! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
