If I'm accused of sexual harassment does my employer need to tell me
I'm a delivery driver and went to make a delivery at a Customer. Ok and I just got a new supervisor who is out to get me and supposedly good friend with the person anyway I guess a couple months ago this supervisor of mine said they got a complaint that I made a obsence gesture to a female employee of theirs out loud to where this friend of my supervisor claimed he had to put me in my place about it and even wrote a written statement now my employer never told me about it and ask for video and audio copy from there camera but could not provide one but my employer never told me about this while the looked into it
