If I was overpaid by my employer do I have to pay back the amount they over paid plus taxes?
I was overpaid in June, our payroll person realized it in August. I realize I am to pay the amount back that I received but, she is charging me for the taxes. That is money that I never saw. Is it right that I have to pay the taxes also?
