My job is utility which requires me to hold other employees spot as needed I was clearly holding a spot when the supervisor ask me to then she ask me to help with another job I made a suggestion such as you got me training your new lead this would be a good time she go do the second job because the guys that actually do the job have more experience than me so she wrote me up said I refuse to do it which only I made a suggestion
