If I am taking a weeks vacation, and they decide to work on Saturday (overtime), can they force me to take 6 days vacation instead of just 5?
I have requested and got approved for vacation for the week of 4th of July. I have just been informed that we will be working on the Saturday prior and that if I want that day off I will need to request another vacation day or they will not pay me for the Holiday. I have already booked airline tickets for trip, which I waited till vacation was approved.
