IF OSHA FINDS OUT MY EMPLOYER RETALIATED AGAINST ME WHAT WILL THEY DO

I WAS DENIED REST ROOM BREAKS TWICE BY MY SUPERVISOR
HE TOLD ME TO HOLD IT UNTIL THE END OF MY SHIFT,BOTH
DAYS I URINATED MY WORK CLOTHES,I SPOKE WITH MY SUPERVISOR, SUPERVISOR HE SAID I HAVE TO LEARN TO
LEARN TO HOLD IT UNTIL THEY COULD GET SOMEONE TO ME
I WENT TO H.R. SHE SAID ITS NOT MADATORY THAT WE RECIEVE ANY BRAKES,I CONTACT CORPRATE EMAIL HOTLINE
AND H.R. HAD THE HARASSER/SUPERVISOR THAT DENIED ME
ACCESS TO THE REST ROOM TO HELP HER INVESTIGATE MY
COMPLAINT SO I CONTACTED OSHA,AND E.E.O.C. BECAUSE
I FELT IT WAS BECAUSE OF MY RACE,OSHA CAME OUT AND
NEITHER OF MY WHITE CO WORKERS EVER EXPERIENCED WHAT
I'VE BEEN THREW,WHEN THE COMPANY FOUNDOUT THEY WERE
NOT GOING TO BE CITED NORE FINED,THEY TOOK ME AWAY
FROM MY JOB SITE CUT MY HOURS,WROTE ME UP WITH A
FINAL WARNING AND LEFT ME OUT TO DRY,IM STRESSED AND
I NEED HELP,I'VE URINATED THE BED ON SERVAL OCCASSION
'S DO TO THIS INCIDENT,I HAVE TAPES WITNESS PICTURES
AND NOTES. I FILED DISCRIMINATION AND RETALIATION
CHARGES AGAINST THIS COMPANY THREW E.E.O.C. & OSHA.
