I would like to reopen a investigation done by the Merit Systems Protection Board
The case for wrongful termination was not addressed and I was forced to resign by signature to receive my paycheck. I was never allowed to sit at my desk. I did not know the rules. So they said I never returned to work after marriage. I had about 6 months prior to that fallen and broke my coccyx which ended up disabling me for life. I just want my reinstatement and retirement for all of these years. 30 years ago. USN, BuMED
