Not filling out any paperwork so ever But yet agreed although he never actually gave me the money and I’ve worked long enough that the town knows my name and affiliates me there and I’ve written down my hours and he’s refused to pay me. I’ve reported him to our states labor department but how is it going to turn out for my situation? would I be valid with my hand wrote schedules and time cards? Not mentioning the fact that place is video surveil-lanced and also validates my employment right?
