I worked for a company for eight years. I was eligible for 3 weeks vacation after seven years of service per the company handbook. On or around the first of October I was told that my position was going to be eliminated at the end of the month -10/31/2016
job position eliminated as of 10/31/2019. Anniversary date 10/25/2019. I worked through 10/31/2019. Am I eligible for my three weeks vacation?
