Mangers who been there 9 years and was told they would be getting a raise and was capped off. waited 5 months and they bring in new mangers for me to train and they start off making a lot more money then me after 9 years of service. I have been running 2 to 3 stores for months for 3 years on and off with no extra pay, and when I did get my raise after 5 months several emails they never paid me what we agreed to They have me train new store mangers, Area Managers and D/M with no extra pay but they some store mangers 150 to train new store managers.
