I worked as a Security manager and I (along with other employees) witnessed my GM drinking and later on I had a very strong suspicion of the GM using illegal drugs. I informed the owner of my findings and shortly after I felt like I was being singled out

worked for comapny a total of 3 years as security. And when I witnessed illegal behavior on the part of management I always went directly to the owner. This last time the owner (I believe) violated the whistleblowers act and informed the GM of the complaint and named the person that filed the complaint. I believe and other employees on the security team believe I was retaliated against until I was forced to resign.
