I work in a major healthcare company in Cincinnati. I work in the core lab in a building which will be closing in 2 months. My position is highly specialized and there are no comparable positions available anywhere else in this organization. This company recently formed a partnership with a major healthcare company in Kentucky. The core lab of my company is being transferred to Kentucky with this partnership and forming a new company. I was offered a position-2nd shift with hours 3-1:30am The position was offered and I was told to accept it or resign or retire. I am currently working 1st shift and driving 19 miles to work; the new position is 2nd shift and would be 35 miles to work. I rejected the position and told them I am not resigning or retiring
