I work for a company that has 2 departments in one warehouse. The other department makes trouble all the time. At our annual meeting I voiced my concerns and was laughed away. Later a CONFIDENTIAL survey was given to me via email. I voiced the same concerns there adding that the supervisor had no control over his people. I found out today that the CONFIDENTIAL part was a lie. My supervisor read my responces and verbably attacked me. Calling me names and cursing me. Not once but twice. Now I have to worry about dealing with this everyday not only from him but from his department ad well. Is there anything I can do about this?
