I was told "take this lead posistion or be moved to a job we know you wont like"!
I have worked for this company for five years I was hired for the job I currently have. The company recently was bought by another company, they told us it was a merger, but everything has changed to the new companies policies, and now they said I have to take a lead position, which requires you to be on call at certain times, and to oversee co workers. They said I had to do this and if I do not i will be moved into another posistion they know I will not like. Almost half of the employees from our company has resigned due to all the new rules. Seems like they are trying to get all of us to quit. What can i do?
