I was terminated earlier this year from Johns Hopkins Health System in Maryland and I tried to obtain my last two performance evaluations and contacted HR Business partner for my international division. I contacted them and they said they will look into it as they do not have access to performance reviews. After a week i didnt hear from them and contacted them back by email for an update and today received a response that they do not provide terminated employees with archived documents let alone performance review. I went back to HR central in JHH and they said that this is true and they are not obligated to provide me with anything. How can i obtain these documents as i need to provide them for some government jobs i am trying to apply for?
