I was terminated because my physician filled out my FMLA and STD forms incorrectly, what can i do?
I was put off work for mental stress and anxiety at the work place from my doctor. when given the FMLA paperwork she contradicted herself and my employer fired me. Also i was denied STD pay because she did not fill out that paperwork correctly either.
