I was out 1 Monday I was sick, the following MOnday because my mom was in the hospital. my supervisor wants to see something showing that my mom was in the hospital, otherwise she will give me 2 days off without paying. is this Legal? she does it to every
on 04/17 Monday, I was sick I did called in, on 04/24/17 I called in because my mom was in the hospital, my supervisor asked me to bring a note stating that my mom was ill, otherwise I will be sent home 2 days without pay? she does it every time someone missed work. Is this legal? what rights do I have?
