I was offered a supervisor position at my job which I had to turn down due to family obligations. Our schedules are put out every 2 weeks. I am adding this information because on the next scheduling cycle I had been moved back to my old department (without warning) which results in a lower pay rate. There is no indication I will be moved back to my higher pay department. I am somewhat worried I will be fired if I question their decision, but I need my higher pay rate back. State is Indiana if that matters.
