I was layed off from a church non profit 4 weeks ago. I filed for unemployment and was ineligible but have n been filing weekly certifications. there are 2 pending resolution issues about layoff that our HR person still has not resolved or certified us. M
Do I have to submit a new claim to qualify for the PUI or is my original claim all i need submitted? My HR person has not yet resolved issues and certified us after 4 weeks and iis still waiting for guidance.
