I am a MDS Coordinator. I have only worked for this company for 5 months and was laid off due to a decrease in resident census. I was not given any notice. They gave me the option of working the floor or a severance package. The package reads like there was a dispute and that I can never apply for a position for the same company anywhere at anytime.
