Is an EOE employer required to make adjustments if anxiety is making training difficult?
I am under doctor's care for my anxiety/panic attacks but only take medicine as needed.I was recentl hired by an EOE agency and When asked in the interview if I could do the training I said yes but didn't realize it would be on the 15th floor. Heights is a huge trigger for me. My anxiety has been out of control since learning this. Is the EOE employer required to make adjustments so I can attain training?
