I was involved in an elevator related emergency while on an employer sponsored trip. I would like to know how being taunted while stuck in an elevator with coworkers should have been handled by the leadership and HR of my company as well as what my rights

I was recently involved in an incident on an employer sponsored trip. I got stuck in an elevator with 14 other coworkers after we asked some not to get on and the elevator dropped 2 stories. I had an adverse reaction to being in the elevator for over an hour and was taunted by my coworkers for having the reaction and also the leadership all the way to the CEO did not react quickly and even joked about us being in the elevator. My coworkers argued with me about calling 911 and told me that some people react to trauma by laughing and I need to relax. I was never offered anytime off to do medical evaluations as my blood pressure was elevated and I have a pre-existing condition. The fire department checked me out, but when I express to my employer that we need sensitivity training about people with conditions like Epilepsy or phobias etc, they stated they simply spoke with the employee. We never formally addressed the situation and I was never contacted in writing by my HR department
