Is there a time frame in which to file a claim. I was sexually harassed at my workplace last year by a co-worker, He was fired but when others found out I reported him they all treated me badly. I eventually found another job. My boss at the time, even passed me in a CPR class that I attended that he was supposed to teach. I was there ten minutes. He had me sign papers stating I watched the video and performed CPR. I am currently self employed.
I was afraid to go to work bbecause the man was trading with other officers to work in the same building as me and sending me offensive texts on my cell and emails.
