I was fired from a very large mining company for harassment. What do I tell potential employers?
I sent an email to a former coworker asking how he's been and how "Grandma" was doing (a lady we both worked with). He turned me in to HR and they told me that he turned me in. I was upset and went through the wrong channels and asked the guy why he would do that to me (as he has made several inappropriate comments to me in the past). They considered that some sort of retaliation. So it's not like I'm an avid harrier!
