I was cashing out a customer and the customer was about to leave and turn around and said here this is for you. And handed me 4 dollars. after customer leaves manager tell me that's not yours that belongs to the server, don't do that. You did nothing for that. So I took it out of my pocket And put it in the counter. I walk passed her and told her that dont ask me to do anything that not related to bussing tables. She later comes to my work area and says ok is that what you want, your days as hostess cut. I'm taking away all your host days and you can just call in and find out when youth work next. So I said I quit and took of later she calls me and says what I did was wrong and that she Hope's I dont think im in the right. If I want my job back I have to apologize and I will get a write up for leaving my job. So then the next day I went in and she handed me the write up and it said that I was observed stealing money and that I became inappropriate when confronted and left my shift. And when I tried writing my statement she said no just to sign it or I can just go home with out a job. So I signed it but asked if my statement can be put into my file. She said yes.
