I was approved for intermittent FMLA due to chronic health conditions. SEDGWICK is requiring proof of a particular day I used FMLA for a doctors appointment back in August 2019. This absence was approved. Now, A peer of mine trying to get me fired for personal reasons. They are saying that if I dont provide proof the will count it against me and will cost me my job. Can they do this? How can they reverse an approved absence fro. 6 months ago?
