I was accused of working off the clock along with 2 other managers I was pressured to resigning but didn't write or sign anything. Resigning rather then a investigation is what they said I didn't want and I don't I'll like to go through the investigation.

I was accused of working off the clock along with 2 other managers I was pressured to resigning but didn't write or sign anything. Resigning rather then a investigation is what they said I didn't want and I don't I'll like to go through the investigation. They took my store keys walked me out and took me off the schedule. Come to find out they never inverstagated not even the other managers. Was I wrongfully forced out and can I collect unemployment?
