I was accused and fired for workers comp fraud falsifying a work note and faxing it in as my own No investigation or nothing When it turns out the doctor faxed it in and put my name on it

My coworker and I was injured taking care of a client we went to the doctor at the same time she returned to work the next day on time I came later she turned her doctors note in Hr begin to question her about how we had the same exact note now mind you I haven't shared or turned my doctors note in yet I haven't arrived she tells the young lady that since she has the original I must of copied hers and sent it in as my own ..I arrive give her my notes she says she got my fax already I am adamant that she does not have a fax from me because I didn't send one I attempted to email but I don't think it went through fast forward to her and my Administrator telling me I had committed workers comp fraud falsifying of documents and some other forergy stuff and that I was fired they called the police and everything Embarrassed me by escorted me to the door made me turn in my badge just horrible I went immediately to the doctors office to see if they had faxed anything and sure enough she had faxed the other young lady's but put my name on it by accident but she said she had tried to reach out to them she tried in front of me no answer she called back and said she spoke with Hr and really got no concern or worry to clear it up no apologies to me or anything
