I travel and facilitate classes for a company, I am a full time employee. I have been hurt with 3 disc ruptures and now have lost feeling in my leg. I was told my job description is to Train while traveling. I can't travel now. How do I make sure they wil

L2-5 and S1 disc bulging causing nerve and muscle trauma. Not able to travel to preform my job. My employer is in another state. I was hired to travel to different locations and train. My supervisor yesterday told me I can't preform the duties I was hire to do, "you are now on medical leave, it's up to HR what happens next. I hope you get better". How am I suppose to interpret that statement? How do I protect myself ?
