I sold my physical therapy practice 2 years ago with a non-compete clause for 8 miles and 3 years. 1 year ago the buyer moved the practice 3 miles further away from the old office. I have a new career opportunity 8.5 miles away from the new office, but only 4.9 miles away from the old office. Am I safe to pursue this new opportunity?
