I worked for a lady in 2009 in which I signed an agreement if I left I wouldn't take any of her customers for 12 months I was gone from her employment for 4 years . I returned 4 years later and never signed a new agreement . Now I have left and started my own cleaning business and customers want to stay with me ... would the old compete agreement still stand or should t she have gotten a new one ???
