I signed a non-compete agree., fellow employee didn't, discrimination?
I signed after I started. I felt it was the thing I had to do. Owner's worried about me and everyone they came in contact with stealing their ideas. I
did not receive a copy. This fellow employee who had
access to all the co. info. I did wouldn't sign the agreement that came across his desk. I belive the agreement stated a time limit of 10 years and some
non-compete area. Now 2 years later I am at least
wanting to pursue getting a business started with some of the same basic products.
