I sent an email to my company's CEO telling him my supervisor has made sexual remarks to me behind closed doors and it has caused me depression at work and at home. I was just handed another corrective action memo by this supervisor for time card fraud of 20 minutes. I told him and the CEO in a meeting about this I made a mistake and put the wrong time , but the supervisor and the CEO decided to gang up on me and call me a liar. This is a ten year scenario. I have many corrective action memos calling me terrible names and filled with false accusations. I'm suffering from stress and diagnosed by my doctor a year ago now with gastritis. Can I quit and get unemployment or sue for slander/libel?? What about the sexual comments reported and ignored?
